I do not think white people are over represented in any sport except golf, and the one black guy who tried that became the best in the world.

There should be a quota that at least 50% of NHL players have to be non-white.

Hockey, lacrosse, field hockey (for women), and almost all winter sports. Probably some I'm missing.
