Many parts of the first world has become a place of mental disorders. We no longer feel the need to help those in need of therapy.
Insted of giving them the help they need, we tend to support the delusions that often results in suicide, drug addictions, self-hating and destructive patterns.

Your assessment, the US is a first world country without a basic healthcare and high level of basic education for most of its population means the country as a whole isn't first world. So a first world country didn't go mad in the first place

The whole point is higher ups dividing the population in smaller groups with infighting among themselves for petty reasons. Divide and conquer! These idiots are so busy with looks and trivial things that they don't notice or fight against their basic rights taken away. Left or right expremist in US should be ralling to get better education or at least basic access to healthcare without horrendous costs, affordable houses long term etc. Obesity and the general health of the population is a big problem in US. Companies there block any solution. People work 2-3 jobs to afford living. They're busy instead fighting each other for looks or other BS reason. Any gay man means 1 more girl for me, whoever castrates him-/herself for whatever reason is one idiot less from the genetic line purifying of the society so I welcome all gays and transsexuals. They can live however they want. They have to face the consequences, simple as that.

I only care for kids. No one bellow 18y old should be allowed to change gender.
