Selecting a SCOTUS via affirmative action is a pretty dumb fucking idea. That’s how we got our current VP & look how much of a disaster that is. However with that being said, she’s actually extremely qualified & should do a fine job.

How are we to answer her “soft on pedophelia” approach?

She isn't soft on pedophilia. Hawley confirmed three justices to district courts recently who sentenced in the same guidelines as her and he didn't label them soft on pedophilia because they aren't soft of pedophilia, and this is really theatrics. Sen Hawley is a very dishonest person.

They said they would be classier than the Dems were with Kavanaugh and then Graham grand stands and Hawley says this stuff. So much for that.



I'm not sure why you mentioned Affirmative Action, she is more qualified than anyone that is actually currently sitting on the bench. There is no affirmative action involved here. It isn't controversial to pick from a pool of black women, and it isn't discrimination against white candidates, and it doesn't eliminate the best person for the job, and to think that it does eliminate the best person for the job is to believe that whites are naturally superior to blacks.

No I did not. The court in its history is 2/151 black. 149 white justices disagree.

If one picks from a "pool of black women" then they can not pick a white person. which means they are "discrimination against white candidates"

Opposite of racism is considering everyone, brown, black, white, and so on, not only choosing from a group that has been historically underrepresented.
