Useless Jagmeet Singh just effectively gave Trudeau a majority government with less than 1/3 of Canadians having voted for him, in order to make NDP relevant in the next election.

Does this not defeat the purpose of a minority government without agreeing to a coalition? At least a coalition is in writing and sets the terms.
