United States was keeping Biological Weapons Facilities in Ukraine that the ukrainians supposedly gave up in 95 and were decommissioned in 2005.
They denied this up and down since last week, even removed public information about the DOD projects from the State Departments website.
The news media called it fake news, the Fact Checkers Debunked it!
Only for Victoria Nuland to Rebunk it at the UN today.

Does that level of concern on the part of the US government lend any validity to its claims it was just "studying" animal diseases?

These people consider random tweets to be reputable sources as long as it says what they want to believe. The fact that there's a video at all makes it an above average source for them.
