If I knew what the best state was, I wouldn't want to tell you to prevent you from moving there.

No plans to move right now. I love it here in North Dakota. You can't tell me -50°F weather doesn't sound appealing.

Some states with a better business environment are NC, GA, VA, FL, TX, UT, ID among others
