Sure does, but when you actively court bad people for bad causes you get more bad people.

GOP pretty explicitly doesn't care about your morals or methods as long as you get results. Democrats at least play like they care, and the further left you go the more willing they are to eat their own over any perceived slight. So the problem is neither equal nor of similar quality between sides.
