These people are the worse kinds of authoritarian because they want to medicalize plain old deviance and penalize people being weird aka unlike them. This phenomenon is the Medicalization of Deviance:

In short the OP is a complete authoritarian, basically the antagonist in any Revenge of the Nerds movie who is the rat who always tells the dean when people are having fun nearby, who really needs to get laid so he might relax a little bit and not be such an angry little inch (like Ben Shapiro. I'm not sure why he is so threatened by people who enjoy sex).
