Is it just another ambiguous word that's used clump anyone under the umbrella of worst possible treatment. Despite if guilty or not, a notion that carries the highest suspicions to the degree that you are automatically guilty unless proven otherwise.

This was an interesting talk about the 9/11 suspects and his story of how the US used inhumane and covert enhanced interrogation techniques to nearly destroy a life of an innocent.
Just a reminder of all those idealists on how the system is designed and where your tax dollars are going.
If you are politically a threat or speak out against someone powerful don't think you are safe cause one day you might end up there. At least its not china or North Korea where you wont even have a hope of seeing a lawyer.
