Hate to break it to you, but the color revolution in Kazakhstan has nothing to do with covid and it has nothing to do with gas prices either.

This is just your typical CIA & MI6-led regime change attempt, another color revolution meant to harm Russia's interests.

The "protestors" are your typical jihadi Wahhabis that have already raided several arms depots and are firing weapons at police. This happens on day one of the protests? Give me a break, it's entirely co-ordinated from outside.

This was timed intentionally with the upcoming negotiations between Biden and Putin. The people that organized this coup want to sabotage these negotiations by causing problems on Russia's eastern front ahead of the negotiations.
