Hillary is more than arrogant enough to run for president again. I think not running in 2020 was a tactical maneuver to let Biden take over and let the public forget about her loss since it wasn't realistic for her to run twice in a row, for political reasons.

Hillary pretty much owns the leadership of the DNC. This has been revealed multiple times. If she runs, they will bow to her and endorse her.

But 2024? That's an entirely different ball game. It's enough time for the public to get over her 2016 loss and she can also blame everything that happens over the next 3 years on Biden, whom is almost certainly guaranteed not to run a second time.
