I was worried they'd get off due to overcharging them. Today is a good day

if you have any attachment to life or freedom,

don't talk to police like they did without a lawyer
don't aim a gun at someone that you haven't witnessed doing physical harm to yourself or another
don't try to disarm someone with a gun if they're looking right at you

if arbery didn't lunge and waited for the police, he'd be alive and could have had them charged with assault. if the three hadn't aimed at him beforehand and confronted him in the way they did, they might not have lost their claim to self defense. better yet, they probably wouldn't have needed it!

He had the right to be left alone. There was no crime there it wasn't a citizen's arrest, rather an attempted kidnapping at gun point.

You see to have a lot of faith in systems, surrendering to kidnappers knowing someone will come save you. There aren't people out there to save black Americans though. Their parents have to give them a talk about how police are dangerous etc.
