I'm awake because I've trained my body to get up just before the sun so I can wake up and be productive without the need to be woken up unnaturally by an alarm because I feel like that would be poor for my constitution. If I am sleeping to my alarm that is a signal to me that I need to improve my sleep hygiene and that I might be doing things like drinking too much, eating poorly, or not taking care of myself properly. Minerals and supplements have helped me a great deal in just feeling better in general, having good mood, and having a lot of energy into my 40s.
