Entries in the diary include the author revealing she believes she was sexually molested as a child and shared “probably not appropriate” showers with her father, some that detail the author’s struggle with drug abuse and the author’s crumbling marriage with multiple affairs, along with entries showing the family’s fears of a potential scandal due to her brother’s new home, and those that show a deep resentment for her father due to his money, control, and emotional manipulation.

DeSantis is too stupid to be holding the reins of power. So he'll probably win.

He is very authoritarian and very anti-rational authority. What I mean by this is that he is taking away the decision making and autonomy of lower and more local governments when it comes to solving or mitigating public problems, especially public health such as stopping the spread of Covid-19. He is the most likely person to start a constitutional crisis by making a law stating that NO MANADATE SHALL BE MADE and the Federal Government goes full authoritarian and says ALL PEOPLE MUST BE VACC'D which is kind of hilarious considering we don't do that with polio or other deadly diseases already and let people create all sorts of stories about these things (we get it Jenna McCarthy, you really resent your kid for having autism) so I doubt this unless we completely abandon elections/democracy, which only one dying boomer political party seems to be trying to do.

DeSantis is interesting to watch. He is poised to collide with Trump in 2024 and I'm interested in seeing that. Due to the dynamics of the past few elections it is the Republican's election to win and I will bet that top Democrat talent will be sitting out of it again ie no strong progressive like Sherrod Brown is going to waste resources on it, when he is the only liberal in Ohio to consistently win at a state level. Someone like him with widespread appeal, pragmatic and moderate, isn't going to get steamrolled by whomever wins the epic power struggle between DeSantis and Trump for the future of the GOP.

DeSantis has a very high chance of being president in 2024, yes sir, if your post is a prediction. A lot of it depends on Trump's health and how annoying he is over the next few years. If Trump wins the GOP primary then Biden will win by 7+ million votes again.

This summer Joe Biden issued a proclamation that he would respect the rights of journalists and that he would refuse to let the justice department seize records from journalists.

Yesterday, the justice department unambiguously violated that rule when they seized records from project veritas.
There's no spinning this, Biden issued a completely bullshit statement saying he was changing policy from what the Obama and Trump administrations had set out that allowed leak investigations, saying he wouldn't try to seize records from journalists to find their sources.
And then within just a few months, an arm of the DoJ is out there seizing records from journalists to try to find their source. Amazing


There are so many just absurd aspects to this storyline. Project Veritas actually rejected this leaked diary and refused to publish excerpts from it and it actually floundered even in the non-mainstream media circles because people just didn't trust it was real, it was assumed fake up until now. And Project Veritas when given this diary attempted to return it to the Bidens voluntarily and verify its authenticity. And by conducting these raids, the FBI has now confirmed that the diary was actually real all along.
And lets point out the most ridiculous facet: FBI agents are raiding homes and offices over a young girl- private citizen's- diary.
Lets say that in the worst scenario you can assume some amateur sleuths stole a girl's diary and invaded her privacy. Big fucking whoop, its a misdemeanor at worst. Why is the FBI involved? Why is this a story?

But now thanks to the FBI's massive, absurd overstep to trample on the 1st amendment rights of journalists, we know that Joe Biden likes to shower naked with little girls
