Exactly.

Tbh I thought the questioning about the skateboard was pretty weak, too. I wish the defense would have just kept it simple, making sure the jury knows that just because its a skateboard - doesn't mean its not a deadly weapon. They really should have just asked 'Would you agree that a wooden board with a heavy piece of steel on the end of it could be a deadly blunt force weapon?'
