Rich people evading taxes again while poor people pay their fare share as usual. Expecting nothing to come of it from the time we learned the system is rigged with the panama papers.

Let's say you started a poll, asking rich ppl what tax rate they would deem fair and would happily pay. Then pick the median and hope for the rich to bring the money back into the country... Every time you force someone to give, they WILL find a backdoor to circumvent that and give less.
