I'm fine with the whole "No shirt, no shoes? No service", unless the person is hot. Hot people should be able to gain indoor access to places without a shirt on.

It's not just indoor dining. It's everything "not essential." I don't do a lot of dining out, but I'm not showing any papers just for the privilege of spending my money in someone's establishment. My dad for example won't go anywhere that cards him for alcohol. The man is in his mid-seventies, and a request for an ID will have him simply get up and leave. I've seen him do it. Asking for peoples' papers (which many will refuse to get the vaccine in the first place) removes them from society. I don't know how people can't see that being equated to making them second class citizens.
