I feel like the Universe at this point is testing us to see how long it takes to call bull shit on how ridiculous this is getting. Here is Joe Biden - LITERALLY staging a photo op with no point at all, other than to prove that he is mentally capable of still driving a jeep.

yeah they aren't allowed to drive anymore unless its on their property, one president had a truck he drove on his ranch (after he was done being president obviously)
I mean I guess the white house lawn would apply as well. No public roads though.
