to be fair though: NY AG Letitia James is quite transparent about her desire to become Cuomo's successor, so she might be a little biased against him. Not to the point that she's conjuring allegations out of thin air... but it should be kept in mind that she's a source that, despite being a fellow Democrat, does not give him the benefit of the doubt.
