America actively imprisons far more people but gives the guise of due process even when some cases show how easily abused it can be if the person is poor.
On the other hand China isn't even pretending its using due process and is targeting a minority group for eradication.
So im gonna say America is like a 4 and China is a 1. Neither are good, but china is clearly worse.
