these are empty words coming from the guy who collaborated with russian spys, and has been calling on military martial law to over throw a duly elected president of the united states.

he doesnt belong in jail, it belongs in russia since he loves them so much.

As Budgeting said, Flynn called for Trump to enact martial law in certain states to basically steal the election. He called for a Myanmar type coup, one where hundreds of his political enemies would be murdered. He called for Hillary Clinton to be locked up multiple times. He's sent out QAnon slogans before.

People who want to kill their fellow Americans by the thousands are not patriots... they don't love America. They are radical extremists who should be closely watched by the FBI.

Flynn directly called for a Myanmar-like coup, then lied about it, then doubled down on the lie. His words are meaningless.

Flynn said that Democrats aren't the enemy which means that he's directly contradicting Trump. Flynn must have TDS.

Flynn has never admitted to actual guilt. Accepting a plea bargaining agreement for charges thrown at him is NOT the same as admitting to a crime. Flynn is on record maintaining his innocence and only accepted the plea bargaining agreement based off the poor advice from his lawyer and deception from the corrupt prosecutors. To this day, Flynn has not been proven guilty nor has he admitted to anything, he has maintained his innocents - because he is. Ill take "what are political optics" for 420 points, Alex. Flynn is not only America First but was the CIA director. He knows everything. Does that help you see why Dems want to destroy him?

As far as the comment about the coup. The context behind that question is important. When something as crucial as a national election is stolen and there is an illegal usurpation of power, the military will be the only way to fix this. I agree to the extent that Flynn shouldve probably waited until the audits were completed so that normies can understand what a coup actually means in this sense, which is not "killing Americans."

Lying to the FBI being a felony is a violation of the first amendment anyway. Something literally impossible to prove. (Plus Democrats are never put in jail for this, only Republicans)

That would be true if his plea deal didn't involve him admitting guilt and authorizing the use of those admissions in other charges against him.
