In the midst of a bizarre, church-like rally the Q Cult got to ask their questions of many of the main characters in their religious psychodrama. Prophet Mike Flynn, likened by many Qultists to a hero of the revolutionary war, stood up before the faithful. A brave follower raised his hand with a question, "Why can't what happened in Minamar[sic] happen here"? Referring of course to Myanmar's recent military coup and genocide.
"There's no reason why it shouldn't" replied Flynn, a man who prior to being pardoned by Trump was well on his way to being considered legally to be a traitor to his country.
Many at the rally that day expressed similar sentiments. The prophecy of a military takeover of the US is a cornerstone of the Q cult mythos. They want it to happen.
Later, as it was revealed that the opsec at the event was terrible and many journalists and podcasters that critically report on the Qult had managed to gain entry despite attempts to find and eject any nonbelievers Flynn seems to have had a moment of clarity. A realisation that calling for a military coup in the USA is batshit insane, antidemocratic and basically sedition. So he tried to walk it back.
The Q cult were not happy. Some outright rejected him as a false prophet. Others implied he had been compromised. [They] had got to him. Many tried to skirt accusations they were calling for a coup by saying that a coup had already happened with the election of Biden and so the military stepping in to 'set things right' would not be a coup.
The life of a Q prophet is fraught with dangers. Appeasing the rabid, bloodthirsty, apocalypticist millenarianists that make up their following involves a great deal of care. You must toe the line between not arguing against them and not advocating for an escalation of the events of j6. After all one would wish to avoid being prosecuted, or held accountable, in the event that their incitement encourages further insurrections.
Almost a quarter of republicans and 15% of Americans believe the central narrative of the Q mythos. That US institutions are run by a satanic cult of kiddy fiddlers. It is a new religion. Combined with a resurgence of satanic panic era moral panic, bred with protestant evangelism, vajrayanic woo and good old American conspiracism and draped, as most of these things are, in the blood libel and the protocols of the elders of Zion.
And they want a military coup.
Also - Hi! It's been a minute, how's everyone doing?
What happened to Epstein/Ghyslaine? Why they stopped talking bout it? Where's all the people involved?
The second part bout religion.... you literally describe most of the population on Earth who still believe in angels and demons.
The real issue is that now, Trumps, His followers are really annoying yall. They believe their cause like BLM believe theirs but just so happen, you guys hate Trump.
