if he didnt open it then i dont see much of an issue, other than lacking context on the initial stop i dont know what he originally detained the man for. could be a 4a violation if he lacked any reason for the stop, and then likely a big payday given grief over the situation.

Why was he pulled over anyway? Possible 4th amendment violation. The only thing the black guy did that was wrong was his use of "Breh" or "Bruhhhh" over and over. Does the guy have priors for drug possession? Do the cops have the right to even search him? He's gonna get paid.
