https://www.dailywire.com/news/preview-president-biden-to-unveil-1-8-trillion-american-families-plan-during-his-address-to-congress

The plan is guaranteed to sell your grandchildren into economic slavery, with a bill of $1.8 trillion.

The plan includes hilarious line items like:

- Invest $200 billion to establish universal preschool for three-and-four-year-olds.
- Invest $109 billion for free community college for Americans and Mexican Criminals.
- Increase the top marginal-tax rate on families making more than $400,000 to 39.6%

increasing collections to increase spending doesnt sound on it's face like a deficit balloon, even with a 1.8T$ pricetag. although most of the top earners will offshore that money.

universal preschool should create a lot of opportunities for part time employment or even full time from currently stay at home parents, further increasing collections up front. as well as employing daycare workers themselves.

im curious what a full on deficit analysis will show on this, i expect it to increase but at a lower rate than the 1.8T$ pricetag implies.

Federalized education was implemented for college and look how that turned out. You went from making a living wage from a high school degree to creating 50% unemployed college graduates.

There's a reason why rich people don't follow your shit ideas and send their kids to real school.

The deficit is far worse than predicted because Biden's administration is using improper time tables for long term debt and revenue. They measure debt out a certain number of years in a different way from revenue.

pointing out that employment opportunities for stay at home parents under Universal child care will offset deficit bloating =/= supporting universal child care =/= me personally thinking for even a split second about putting one of my children in one of those shitholes.

90% of taxes are paid by the rich. Those jobs are fucking worthless in every sense.

The other points I already crushed your case on.

you strawmanned me into supporting this move, then crushed that strawman.

all i did was simply ask what the real deficit will be, as your post implies this massively balloons the deficit. i brought up some relevant factors on that aspect alone. and said i dont know the final balance.

my wife actually worked in a state funded daycare, they're hell holes. nor do i support most of the job opportunities these stay at home moms will get as good jobs, and i know most will just sit at home and do nothing.

u made a math claim, w/o the math, then i asked what the math might be, and u strawmanned the fuck outta my posts lol.

That top marginal % is laughable. That's so little compared to Canada.
