SCOTUSBlog is live-blogging the Supreme Court's session this morning here: https://www.scotusblog.com/2021/04/announcement-of-opinions-for-thursday-april-22/

Among the cases to be decided are the one to decide to strike down the Affordable Care Act, and Fulton v Philadelphia, which will determine if private agencies that receive taxpayer funds can deny services based on religion or sexual orientation.

Carr et al v Saul - Determines that appeals of SSA benefit denial were not untimely, even if not brought up during administrative review (SSA administrative law judges appointed by lower level staff outside of Constitutional appointment guidelines denied disability claims, review was initially denied).

AMG Capital Management v FTC. Held that ยง13(b) of the FTC Act does not allow the FTC to seek equitable monetary relief like restitution or disgorgement. Decision is in favor of Scott Tucker, who is currently serving a prison sentence at Leavenworth for payday loan shark scams that involved deals with Native American tribes to invoke sovereign immunity to protect his loan sharking businesses.

The docuseries Dirty Money on Netflix devoted an episode to Tucker and his payday loan businesses.

So a short list of decisions today. There are a few argument days on the SCOTUS schedule, then from early-to-mid May on to the end of session in early July, is should be mostly decisions. No decision days are currently on the calendar, although that could change in the next day or so.
