couldn't fit in title, but IN CHRISTIANITY

So:

-God has rules
-If you follow the rules u get to heaven, if you don't you go to hell, forever (simplified)
-In hell, the devil awaits you, God's enemy
-The devil broke the rules, and he openly encourages men to break them too
-The devil then punishes humans in hell for breaking the rules he doesnt agree with.

Why?

Scenario 1: (Supernatural TV Show explanation)
The devil didnt disagree with God's law inherantly, I was upset God upheld humans as his most important creation, above angels. Rebelled, failed, and was cast down. The devil hates humans, and so punishes them.

raises the question, why does god send humans to a place where he knows his spiteful enemy tortures them?

Scenario 2: The devil wants company
The devil encourages sin because he's lonely. But may also not disagree entirely with God's laws.

Raises the question, why does he punish them?

Scenario 3: God's Plan
We're just too simple to get it. and questioning is pointless. but also be scared because hell is infinite.

which if any do you agree with? what explanations do u have to rectify the gap between the devil not agreeing seemingly with god's law but also torturing the law breakers? why doesnt the devil reward sinners and non-believers?

I'd be fine with Christians who accept scenario 3 if they were just willing to also accept that a God who sends people to hell is a dick for doing so.

yes but in S3 you both accept u dont understand god, and may also not understand hell. so calling someone a dick u dont understand for doing something you dont understand seems irrational.

edit:

this passage seems to support the idea the Hell isnt a place the devil punishes you. but rather a place created for the devil to punish him too:

Quote
Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me. ...whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.

— Matthew 25:41–43 (NIV)

but if its a prison how does the devil get out and tempt humans on earth? he seems both a tortured soul and an equal to god, even exceeding in terms of influence on man. the devil's influence is active, gods tho may not be. free will seems to dictate god's influence requires letting him act upon you.

I would say satan isn’t punishing humans for breaking rules he doesn’t agree with. Satan’s goal is to corrupt people into sinning, & by doing this he’s preventing them from going to heaven. So he’s basically celebrating, “ha-ha, I won, now your soul is mine” (in his best Shang Tsung voice)

Also depends on how powerful you think God is. By definition a creator god has options other than sending people to hell. If you think God is impotent to avoiding hell then he can get away with not being a dick. Just comes down to the whole omnipotent, loving, or knowing. Pick two, accept that all three are contradictory.

The most egregious misinterpretation and blaspheme of scripture (doctrines of demons), but "you're into that shit" so to be expected.

God had rules is the only thing you got right. None of your other assumptions have anything to do with the Bible.

ya it's an oversimplified post to illustrate my question.

i can simplify it more tho: "why does the devil tempt mankind" and as a followup "if hell is a prison for the devil, how does he get to earth to temp humankind"
