We all know Noem's against biological boys/men in biological girls/womens sports.

Vetoing bad law that opens up the potential for abuse is simply good policy, and half of a Governor's job. If the legislators are serious about the law, they'll make it far more specific and limited.
This is one case where the proposed bill was just shit, and deserved to get thrown back for rework.
