Additionally, Flynn lied about his correspondence with the folks in Russia during late 2016. I doubt that Biden would, or would even need to, lie about whatever correspondence he has been engaged in.
That's something interesting to consider, who determines whether a transition has been "orderly enough" and to what extent ad hoc diplomacy is required?
I don't think Flynn's perjury saga is relevant here. The attack was that the call to Kisylak itself was somehow improper. I am trying to understand if that rule still applies.
