It's pretty much DOA in the Senate due to McConnell; however, Sanders is planning to object to the vote to overturn Trump's veto on the military bill unless McConnell brings the CASH Act Bill (re: amendment) to a vote.

I will also be surprised if McConnell brings it up and it gets passed. Although, some speculate that if the GOP Senate doesn't pass it then they may be seriously jeopardizing their chances in the Georgia run-offs.
