The linked article literally references frivolous lawsuits as the reasoning behind the complaints Rep. Pascrell filed. Plus, all my post stated is that lawyers can be punished for filing frivolous lawsuits by measures up to and including disbarment. That is a statement of fact.

They aren't frivolous lawsuits. The Democrats are Dirty Rotten Cheaters and Liars.

When you claim you're filing a fraud lawsuit and then tell the judge you aren't filing a fraud lawsuit and have no evidence of any wrongdoing and the theories you're working under are explicitly don't apply to the case and you should know that... you've filed a frivolous lawsuit.

Your political position really doesn't matter, if you can't do basic things for the court like show evidence and properly file your case then you're going to get in trouble for wasting the courts time.
