An officer with the Wauwatosa Police Department had a fatal shooting of a 17 year old after he was caught stealing (repeat offender) at Mayfair mall. The teenager had a stolen 9 mm pistol he was shooting at officers with. They chased him down and shot him, the shot that hit him was fatal. The officer was not charged because the shooting was deemed justified. Now people are rioting because the officer wasn’t charged.

What do people expect officers to do? Just let criminals with guns shoot at police officers? This has gotten really out of hand. In my neighborhood there was a Speedway trashed, a hair salon, and several other businesses.

The issue is that nobody believes anything police say in these situations.

If police werent constantly caught lieing their assess off people might believe the story and not riot.

a pinned down person with a gun is still justified tho. if he has a gun, that was stolen, and at any time shot at police, regardless of what follows if that gun is still in his hands he should be shot.
