They really shouldn't be doing this because Antifa is literally raping Portland now with Molotov cocktails and shooting Patriot Prayer members. Shouldn't they be going undercover in MS-13 as well?

i don't think this is an FBI issue at all.
they picked up talk on social media which lead to an investigation. i don't know much of the investigation as of yet, but i don't have much reason to doubt anything of it.

the bias problem you are seeing, can likely boil down to the different AGs. the FBI is likely heavily monitoring any ANTIFA member advocating for violence. local AGs in areas like Portland, are likely not taking these cases and turning down warrant requests.
again, i don't know too much, but that's how i'm defaulting to this.
