depends by what metric.

the anti mask marches here are abysmally small, but the number of people who actually wear masks in public is extremely low compared to other places

Here in Germany, we've had several big anti-mask demonstrations with over ten thousand participants, but this "movement" seems to have faded away a bit over the last 1-2 months. The participants were a very unorthodox and wild ideological mix, you had esoteric folks joined by left-wing and right-wing nutters. Overall, right-wingers were the strongest single strain within our anti-mask movement though.

The anti-maskers are overestimating their own numbers and public support to a laughable degree. There was one of the largest rallies in Berlin at the end of August which had roughly 38,000 participants, yet the organizers claimed it was around 1.5 million.

maine seems to be pretty well-behaved to my eyes
was very surprised to see that even in acadia national park, almost everyone on trail had a mask on when i was there in august
which even to me seems a bit unnecessary

On a more serious note, there's been some grumbling, but afaik we've (Belgium) been quite well-behaved with the whole mask thing.
