"Aleppo" was a gotcha question unrelated to the ongoing conversation in that interview, and if you either read the transcript or watch the video, you'll see that Gary actually provided a reasoned response to it.

Definitely not. It doesn't make sense for Libertarians to have a presidential candidate based on their ideology. They should be pouring resources into local races and fight for ranked choice voting. Ranked choice voting would benefit them tremendously.
