another left-wing filled institution that just happens to be yet another Ivy League school has admitted to racism in its daily operations, admissions, and overall culture

The DOE is now investigating if the Civil Rights Act was violated. the same Act that while it was a bill up for vote, Robert Byrd (D) who was in the kkk filibustered for 24 hours
