this has to be #fakenews, i was told by lefties here and the media and political figures that the federal presence protecting property was the cause of violence in Portland. once they left (which they did) it would be the summer of love again with peaceful protesters having mostly peaceful get-togethers (with social distancing and what not)

Been there once, didn't seem great or safe 5 years back. Huge drug and homeless problem back then. Can't use the toilet without permission type of place because everyone shooting up in there.

Brother in law moved from there a year ago to Utah. He’s a truck driver and says no place in US that has more bums than Portland.

That applies to any mayor city run by democrats
