It is well known to not use the victims judgements when contesting the rules/punishment for those involved in a crime or event. Humans know this so much there are literal laws in place to ensure this doesn't happen, because emotional involvement clouds judgement.

The same reason why a detective cannot be involved in the investigation of the perpetrator if the victim/perpetrator say is banging the detectives wife, or previously was acquitted of murdering the detectives daughter for examples...

Therefore it not be wise to ask someone who defines their identity with Racial oppression/victims of racism to define what racism is or explain what is right and wrong about
racism.

There's of course a difference between an impartial investigation, hearing, and sentencing v. the lived experience of social phenomenon. I'm not sure which part of this difference you're confused about that led you to the sentiments in the OP.

Definitely a great idea, I think people have been conditioned to look for racism in simple acts and scenarios (I didn't get the job, I got fired, I got pulled over etc.), when they may not actually be racially motivated acts at all.

I mean, not every conflict between a black person and a white person is an act of racism. Which is what its all being depicted as currently.

Actually, we've seen little evidence of any racially motivated crimes that I can think of.

The last one I can think of with solid evidence, was Dylan Roof I believe.

Times are crazy. I don't see this stopping with our media depicting stories and pushing the mob forward.
