An independant council to investigate police misconduct.
Harsher punishment for those that disregard the law.

Its really not that much to ask for.

Extra protections both from bodily harm and financially for cops that out bad cops to said council.

Don't fool yourself, blanket equality is a fantasy. People just want to be treated fairly and with dignity, we should start there.

The problem is that often, people think the inequality is between Black and White when in fact it's between poor and rich. I'm sure white privilege exist somewhere in the food chain but it's def not within the low-mid class. We suffer like anyone else.

I suggested this earlier.. caused a 2 hour argument about it being Obama's fault and he never fixed Ferguson riots.
