Pard d2jsp why keep talking about "riots" and "looters" while the real problem is POLICE BRUTALITY ?

Is it a budget problem ? I see cops have pretty nice cars and equipment
Is it a training issue ? When you got such budget it should not be a problem

America has millions of gang members, many of them are murderers, some of them have no idea how many they have killed, its unique for a first world nation.

It’s purely thought process and escalating instead of de escalation. There is no other reason

I’ve lived in Europe and I’m living in a US inner city currently. Comparing the two environments is retarded. I hear police sirens every night. There are much higher rates of crime in the latter.

I never hear police sirens here. so what's the problem in US ? Just "violence" ? Why ?
