Both were just arrested for murder. I live a town over from where this happened and will update as I find new things out.

Fingers crossed.. but they’re goin after them for murder and not manslaughter. My lawyer thinks they’ll get off for that. Shame

classic case of overcharge. i saw reddit was on fire with "premeditated murder" accusations all over the comments. the average person has so little idea what actual charges mean or what they result in for court room proceedings. they just want to use the biggest weapon they can get. its like a bunch of kids using a zero ias war hammer on a fury druid in PvP. your stat screen looks nice but u die every time because u cant land a blow.

Sidenote: this is currently a 100% LLD'ers thread in pard. maybe Ink and DJunior can post and keep the trend going.

It might be an intentional move and the new norm for prosecutors forced by a lynch mob into charges against someone they think is innocent.
