I don’t understand why snowflakes create these terms. It’s a matter of time before someone complains that “these people” have the same amount of determination as someone “normal” and this is no longer PC. No reason to label someone as being more “determined”. Also no reason to brag. Just be humble if you’re a company and do the right thing and get your people to talk about it organically instead of posting it on LinkedIn you fucks.
Happy they hired the guy, of course, and think that’s a good thing. Just quit bragging about doing the right thing and just do the right fucking thing if the person is qualified and capable of doing the job well and stop labeling people already.
ive had this feeling with countless corporations. BP bragging about cleaning up the oil they spilled. Every corporation bragging about their pride month products. etc etc etc. they're like 2 year olds, cant do anything nice without telling you about it all week.
