it's an obvious fact though. burisma is literally the only corporation trump was asking about, and plenty of trump appointees confirmed that he was exclusively concerned about the company hunter biden was on, and that he didn't give a shit about corruption in ukraine in general. you know you don't have a very good argument when your best defense is 'well he didn't outright say that he wants a personal favour in exchange for millions of congressionally approved military aid' when it's not only so obvious, but also comfirmed by some of his OWN people that tried to make it happen.

also, trump and mulvaney admitted it on national tv previously, further undermining that silly excuse.

Fortunately for those of us that live in the US....it DOES matter what someone actually says. The US does NOT operate on an "assumption of guilt till proven innocent", legal premise.

even to someone who isn't a legal scholar (or even just a reasonably intelligent person), it should be clear that in order to be PROVEN guilty, someone does NOT have to actually say the crime out loud while committing it. again, the silliness of your 'excuses' just illustrates how obvious trump's crimes are - even to his own cultists...
