A young boy wants to dress like a princess after watching frozen at his mothers place. However at his fathers place he dresses like a boy. The mother started pushing the child down the transgender route in what is essentially a twisted form of sexual child abuse And the lgbbqt friendly court has given the mother full custody of the child. Personally im opposed to this and think the child is going to turn out messed up but what do our resident pardians make od this story?



At that point, the father was paying maximum child support and had standard custody in Texas: He saw the twins once a week for two hours and had them sleep over at his apartment two weekends a month. They spent the rest of their time with Georgulas, who had noticed that the child, known by the name James at the time, wanted to wear dresses and look like the female characters from the Disney movie “Frozen."

Georgulas took Luna to see a therapist, who diagnosed the child with gender dysphoria — a mismatch between the gender assigned at birth and the one they identified with. From there, the therapist laid out steps on how to make the child feel affirmed, like letting Luna paint their nails and putting them in a dress, as the mother did when the twins turned 5.

But Younger has repeatedly told a different story in interviews with conservative media outlets, including LifeSiteNews, a website run by a Canadian antiabortion organization that advocates for “traditional family values” and against same-sex marriage.

“James presents as a boy with me and he presents as a girl with his mom,” Younger said to the website last month. “He gets dressed as a boy at his mother’s home and he comes out to me as a boy. That means that he’s comfortable as a boy at his mother’s home.”

Younger charged that Georgulas had been pressuring Luna to want to use female pronouns. He cut the child’s hair, put the child in boys’ clothes and continued calling them James.

In August 2018, Georgulas filed for a restraining order to block Younger from entering the twins’ school or telling other parents or students “that the gender of Luna is different than a girl named Luna.”

She also tried to enroll their child in gender transition therapy at GENECIS, a pediatric clinic for transgender children in Dallas and the first one like it in the Southwest. (Representatives for the clinic did not immediately answer a request for comment on Wednesday night.)

I'm sorry, but a 7 year old kid shouldn't be able to make this choice. The wife shouldn't push this shit either.

7 year old kids are stupid and don't know any better. They like attention and will cater to it.

This shit is fucking scary man. I couldn't imagine having a child with an ex wife that's fostering something like this at such a young age.

Give it some time - let things sort themselves out. Don't pump the kid full of ideas and hormones because woke.

Sigh.... poor father. I hope he has a great attorney. Even more so - poor child.

i remember putting on my moms clothes and lipstick as a kid. was just having fun....glad my mom wasnt some wacko thinking it was anything more than just a kid goofing around. though my dad mightve thought it was some transgender thing because then he started to beat me with the internet router..
even if the kid actually is transgendered just let it figure it out... 7 year olds dont need to know about genitals like that yet..

Why does a 7 year old child require hormone therapy?

The kid can’t spell hormone therapy, & yet he’s going to be subjective to it because his mother thinks he’s trans ?

The child isn't on HRT yet or had SRS, but the mother says she plans to do it when he's ~11. And the father will be forced to pay for it as part of child support.
This particular case has been high profile and a matter of a bunch of petitions and attention in right-wing circles for at least a year now, I remember reading about it a while back.
Its definitely a case where its not just the mother against the father, but aligned school officials, government officials, courts, etc.
And its quite clear that James Younger is simply too young and impressionable to have any say in his own identity, all the reports say he identifies as male to please his father when they're together and identifies as female to please his mother while they're together, and its a he-said-she-said over who is being emotionally abusive and manipulative to force the identity on their son. The father says the mother will abuse and neglect him whenever he identifies as male, conditioning him to be female. The mother says the father is abusing him by misgendering him.

The case definitely has all kinds of implications for normalizing child abuse and allowing destructive therapies on children too young to consent, it won't just be about one boy.
I'm afraid all the media attention will lead to the crazies going after the mother. At a minimum, I expect there will be public vigils or even protests and pressure on the school, but it could get a lot worse.
And there are worse things that could happen for a kid than having toxic parenting and having a gender forced on you

technically he didn't - it seems that the mother was artificially inseminated using another woman's embryo. which makes this even more bizarre.
there's a huge difference between dress-up and gender conversion 'hormone' therapy at 7..but well hey there we go with how far pandora's box can be opened. 'i'm not fertile and nor will "my" offspring be'
