hopefully the fact that this was a black on white hate crime will not be lost because the "she" was a transsexual also. it most definitely is 2 hate crimes but i bet the media will portray it as a hate crime against sexual orientation and not a racial one also. how long before al sharpton and jesse jackson backs up the 2 black girls saying they didnt commit a black on white hate crime?

After reviewing the whole situation, I'm not sympathetic to the person who got beat up.

A man was in the women's bathroom. Teenage girls saw the man's package. (how did that happen?)

The girls freaked out. For all they knew, this was a "peeping Tom" or some other kind of pervert.

I also can't feel sorry for a man who can't hold his own against teenage girls.
