So USA won this war?

-USA sanctions on Iran will be lifted
-24 billion in sanctions assets will be lifted
-will pay 300 billions to Iran for reconstruction
-USA will withdraw troops arround Iran

All this just to reopen the strait of hormuz, wich was open months ago.

Can someone explain me how USA won?

The thing is we got nothing we didn't have before and we are paying out and the cost of the war supplies.
