Under Dog Killer Noem:
- 2 Americans killed by her agents - Zero investigation.
- Had an affair with subordinate staffer (while married). GOP seems to definitely not be the party of family values.
- $220M taxpayer dollars spent on ads about herself. Agency that received $148m created just 8 days before. So much for draining the swamp, huh?

Now FIRED by Trump, who frantically reached out to other republicans for advice because he himself does not know how to think.
