FEMA is obviously in principle a necessary thing, but it must be purged of corruption. Intentionally not serving Trump voting areas is evil & sick behaviour and must be met with the full force of state justice.

It should act as a mechanism to enhance the locals. Whether that's money wise, mobilizing troops and/or resources etc. Instead it's this bloated federal structure that has been misused.

We have over 400k national guardsmen, of these we should be able to mobilize up to 100k in a 24-48 hours. I mean if we can't do that wtf is the point of having a national guard that just play with their dicks all day long. FEMA should be a < 1k people that basically act as facilitators and administrators, it doesn't need to be 20k people strong.

Something happens? The FEMA experts are the ones bridging the needs of the locals with federal government and national guard, that's all. IMO this is most economic and efficient for this to work.
