A server farm of this size will require metric shitton of energy and cooling - probably several nuclear reactors have to be build to power it. Westinghouse has been in trouble lately with massive cost and time overruns at their current projects and US will not allow Russians or Chinese to build these reactors.

Who’s going to fund it? US Debt? Better this I guess than funding another war in the next Fuckaluckistan. I’m sure if Trump resolved both Ukraine AND Middle East, Military Industrial Complex would push to start another one somewhere so they can sell more toys and justify defense budgets with the next “scare”.

This has all the trademarks on a VC funding scam, which has been the tech industry's mainstay for the last several years.
Come up with a poor Idea based on feelings they can sell to everybody, and illicit more funding to scale up while never turning a profit and hemorrhaging money all the way up.
Then the founders can sell most of their stake over time before it crashes and burns.
