Peter Zeihan, ignoring the clickbaitey youtuber aspect, has been touting the integration of hispanics into the mainstream American milleu alongside a deepening economic partnership between America and Mexico for years. To me this makes a hell of a lot of sense. The countries both stand to benefit and become, alongside Canada ( though Canada is mostly just a giant empty resource pool much like Russia) making North America truly its own economic super bloc. The deepening integration of hispanics is probably inevitable, and should be embraced by all parties. Yes, part of that means getting control of the border to keep bad actors out of this bright future.
