What’s weird is that the IBA ruled in 2023 that Khelif had XY chromosomes, not just high testosterone. Now the IOC is saying it’s not a transgender issue. Does the IOC allow trans athletes if their testosterone levels are low, what’s the standard here?
Look this is the next logical evolution of the transgender identity movement.
She doesn't
identify as a woman, she
is a woman. She may have been born a biological male, she may have XY chromosomes, she may have the muscle mass and bone density and lung capacity of an adult male, but she is not a "woman who identifies as a man". She is not "transgender". She is a single gender, "woman". You wouldn't say Hillary Clinton identifies as female, you wouldn't say Alec Baldwin is anything other than a man. This is the same identification they are due. Not just pronouns, not just bathrooms. She
is a woman, with no caveat or asterisk.
